File within thirty (30) days from Company’s anniversary of incorporation date during each calendar year.

Financial statements and reports are to be circulated to members & auditors within six (6) months from the financial year ended (FYE). A copy of the financial statements and reports shall be lodged to the CCM within thirty (30) days from the date of the circulation.

Submission of Form C & R within 7 months from the financial year end.

Form E is a declaration report submitted by employer to inform LHDN on the number of employees and the list of employee’s income details by 31st March of every calendar year even if the Company has no employee.
